Iain Sutherland

Iain Sutherland is a Senior Compliance Adviser at the Commerce Commission, where they advocate for Fair Trading Act principles of accuracy and truth. They have held various roles within the Commerce Commission, including Investigator and Compliance Advisor, and previously worked at ACC New Zealand as a Cover Assessor and Lodgement Administrator. Iain’s educational background includes a Master of Arts and an Honour's Degree from the University of Otago, as well as a Level 4 Operational Knowledge certificate from the Government Regulatory Practice Initiative.
