John Gandy

John Gandy is the Chief Advisor at the Commerce Commission, where they focus on the regulatory aspects of New Zealand's FTTP initiative, UFB. Previously, John served as a Manager at the Commerce Commission, overseeing telecommunications regulation, and as a Senior Consultant at AAS NZ Ltd. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Strategic Advisor at Telecom New Zealand and an Engineer at NZ Post Office. John earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Canterbury and completed PRINCE2 Practitioner training in 2011.
