Mel Johnston

Mel Johnston is a Business Process Analyst with extensive experience in various analytical and technical roles. They have served as a Senior Business Analyst at the Commerce Commission and Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand, and as a Business Analyst at the New Zealand Qualifications Authority. Mel also possesses a strong background in instructional design and technical writing, having worked with organizations such as Kiwibank and the Ministry of Health New Zealand.
