Robert Chiu

Robert Chiu is currently serving as the Chief Data Officer at Commerce Commission since October 2021. Prior to this role, Robert held positions such as Head of Data at Data Ventures @ Stats NZ and Stats NZ, where Robert managed data roadmaps and collaborated with data providers. Robert also co-founded SmartRides and served as a Product and Project Manager, showcasing their expertise in product design and testing. Robert has a strong background in web development, project coordination, and product management, with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science from Victoria University of Wellington.
