Simon Perrett

Simon Perrett is a Senior Economist at the Commerce Commission, a position held since 2016. Previously, Simon served as an Economic Adviser at both the Office of Fair Trading and the Competition and Markets Authority from 2005 to 2016. Their early career included roles as a Consultant at The Rose Partnership and an IT Consultant at PwC. Simon's academic achievements include a Master of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Post-graduate Certificate in Finance from Birkbeck, University of London, where they graduated with distinction.
