Tim Hewitt

Tim Hewitt is currently serving as the Principal Adviser at the Commerce Commission, a role preceded by positions as Chief Advisor and Acting Team Manager. Hewitt has extensive prior experience, having worked as a Strategic Consultant at Jacobs, where they provided critical advice on renewable energy and market policy. They began their career as an Energy Analyst at the Ministry of Economic Development and have also held roles as an Environmental Consultant and Research Assistant. Tim completed their education at Victoria University of Wellington, earning multiple degrees in Geography and Economics.
