Wells Harrell

Wells Harrell is a litigator, competition specialist, and legal advisor currently serving as Principal at Luke Cunningham Clere while also working as a Principal Investigator on secondment at the Commerce Commission. Previously, they held various roles at the Federal Trade Commission, including Counsel to the Director of the Bureau of Competition, and were an Associate at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP from 2012 to 2018. Wells began their career as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Hon. T. S. Ellis, III, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and worked as a Legal Assistant at Shearman & Sterling LLP. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Carleton College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
