Fabrizio Picca has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Fabrizio started their professional journey as a Worker Student for various small and medium organizations while studying at the university. Following this, they worked as a Software/CRM Developer during an internship at Merrill Lynch International Bank, where they developed a new CRM system for the Private Banking Italian Team.

Fabrizio then joined TXT e-solutions as a Java Developer and later worked at IBM as a Unified Communications Architect. At TOSHIBA Global Commerce Solutions, Inc, they served as a Retail Software Architect, focusing on Loyalty and Promotion systems and contributing to the overall knowledge and infrastructure improvement.

Fabrizio continued their career as a Senior Consultant at hybris Software, an SAP company. Subsequently, at A.S. Watson Group, Fabrizio held the positions of Head of software development and Digital Change Manager, responsible for leading teams and achieving company targets.

Fabrizio'smost recent role is at Commerce Layer, where they started as a Partnerships Manager and later assumed the position of Head of Solution Engineering.

Fabrizio Picca has a diverse education history. Fabrizio obtained their high school diploma in Natural Sciences from Liceo Scientifico Torquato Taramelli, which they attended from 1993 to 1998. Fabrizio then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science and Digital Communication from Università degli Studi di Milano, graduating in 2004.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Fabrizio continued their education by attending Politecnico di Milano from 2006 to 2008. During this time, they earned a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management.
