Matteo Alessani

Matteo Alessani has an extensive work history in the tech industry. Matteo is currently the Head of Product at Commerce Layer, a company that provides a REST API for ecommerce integration. Prior to this role, Matteo co-founded and owned Extendi, a tech company offering complex tech solutions and web applications. Matteo also worked as a Partner & Rails Developer at MyBlogJournal, a web 2.0 startup aiming to become a leading online news aggregator. Matteo has experience as a Java Developer at Università degli Studi di Firenze and as a self-employed Web Developer specializing in PHP, ASP, and ASP.NET solutions.

Matteo Alessani completed their education from 1998 to 2004 at the Università degli Studi di Firenze, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a final grade of 110/110L. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as a DataStax Administrator for Apache Cassandra from DataStax in July 2013.
