Michele Costa

Michele Costa is a software developer and web designer with extensive experience in various companies. Michele currently works at Commerce Layer as a software developer, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to that, Michele worked at Sopra Steria from July 2012 to December 2019, where they were involved in prototyping Ruby/Chef cookbooks, developing Python/Flask glue layers for machine learning systems and personal banking voice user interfaces. Before that, Michele worked at Pride/Ericsson Italia from November 2007 to July 2012 as a software developer and web designer, where they developed Ruby/Rails applications to control CPEs and provision IP-PBX switches. Michele also worked at Consoft Sistemi from May 2005 to November 2007 as a software developer and web designer, focusing on UI design and development of Struts wizards. Michele's earliest work experience was at Communicate! from June 1998 to May 2005, where they contributed to an OSS JScript-based ORM framework and designed and developed various web portals, intranets, CMSs, and e-commerce sites.

Michele Costa has a High School Diploma in Scientific Studies from Liceo Scientifico, which they obtained from 1987 to 1992. In terms of certifications, they completed C Programming on UNIX OS in 2001, followed by SUN Certified Java Programmer and SUN Certified Web Component Developer in 2006. These certifications focused on C Programming and Java Programming respectively. Additionally, they have experience in Internet Multimedia Publishing, specifically in Web Developing and Web Design, which they acquired in 1998.
