Simone Fiorucci

Simone Fiorucci has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Simone began their career at Camera di Commercio di Firenze in 2006 as an IT Consultant. Simone then worked at Studio Szlavik as a Video Specialist from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, Simone worked at Creo International Group as a Video Designer.

In 2013, Simone joined Polimoda and held two roles during their time there. Simone started as a Web Content & Social Media Manager from November 2013 to December 2016. Simone then transitioned to becoming a Digital Designer from January 2016 to March 2019.

Simone then moved on to L'indiependente in 2016 where they worked as a Writer, Collaborator & Photographer. In 2017, they joined Humans vs Robots as an Editor-in-Chief & Freelance Writer.

Simone's most recent role is with Commerce Layer, where they have held various positions. Simone started in April 2019 as a Marketing Communications Specialist, responsible for video, graphic, and multimedia design. Since January 2022, Simone has been working as a Marketing Manager, overseeing brand development, marketing strategies, and user community support through technical documentation and newsletters. In September 2022, Simone took on the role of Documentation Engineer at Commerce Layer.

Simone Fiorucci began their education in 1993 at Liceo Scientifico, where they earned a Diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. From 1998 to 2006, Simone attended Università degli Studi di Firenze, obtaining a Master's degree in Multimedia Content Design, focusing on Engineering, Information Technology, and Automated Control. In 2006 and 2007, they attended Scuola Nazionale di Cinema Indipendente - Firenze, specializing as an Audio-Video Technology Expert, with a focus on Video & Audio Editing, Camera Operation, and Stereophonic Recording. Finally, in 2008, Simone returned to Università degli Studi di Firenze to pursue another Master's degree, this time in Multimedia Content Design with a focus on Video Post-Production.
