Adrian Hodgson

Adrian Hodgson is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning several key roles since 1984. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at both Commerce Thinking and HighCohesion since 2019, Adrian has also held the position of Owner and Principal Consultant at Here & Now HR Ltd from 2017 to 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Consultant at Bollin Group Ltd (2018-2022), HR Director for OCS Group UK (2010-2017), and Senior HR Manager at Moypark Ltd (2005-2010). Adrian’s career began at Coats as a Divisional HR Manager (1984-1992) and included a significant tenure as HR Director at Toray Textiles Europe Ltd from 1992 to 2005. Adrian holds a degree from the University of Central Lancashire, completed in 1984.
