Howard Lis

Howard Lis is an experienced advisor and investor, currently serving as President at LisCapital Corp. They have held various roles, including Partner and Senior Equity Analyst at GMP Securities from 1995 to 2008, where they focused on the technology sector and contributed to numerous IPOs and financing activities. As Executive Chairman at CommerceBear since 2019, Howard continues to leverage their expertise in growth companies. Their past experiences also include strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company and engineering at Nortel, along with leadership positions at DC Solar Power Corp. and Hubba. Howard is actively pursuing an MBA at the University of Western Ontario and holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University, along with a Diplôme en Administration from Université d'Ottawa.
