Jay Ponzo

Jay Ponzo is an experienced customer success and onboarding professional, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager - Mid Market at CommerceBear since September 2023. In this role, Jay orchestrated the management and support of operations teams to enhance customer experiences while establishing an active feedback loop through meticulous analysis of customer feedback and publishing requirements. Prior to this, Jay held various positions including Enterprise Onboarding Specialist and Onboarding Consultant at Airbase and ADP respectively. Earlier career highlights include serving as Implementation Consultant Sr. at ALDI USA and gaining supervisory experience as a Shift Supervisor. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Christopher Newport University, completed in May 2018.
