Andrew Vinnichenko

Andrew Vinnichenko has a diverse work experience in the fields of underwriting, compliance management, partner management, and customer support. In their role at CommerceGate since 2015, they have managed a team of underwriters and compliance specialists, handling tasks such as onboarding, risk assessment, monitoring, and policy development. Prior to that, at Nebupay from 2013 to 2015, Andrew was responsible for compliance development, risk assessment, and customer support. Andrew also participated in industry bodies and consultations. In their earlier role at PM Media LLC in 2012 and 2013, Andrew worked as a customer support representative and later as a quality assurance manager, overseeing the performance of the customer support team and providing guidance to ensure efficient operations.

Andrew Vinnichenko completed their Bachelor's degree in History from Dnipropetrovsk National University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended the Ukrainian-American Language Center NMU from 2003 to 2007, where they focused on Translator/Executive Assistant studies. In terms of additional certifications, Andrew obtained various certificates of achievement from ACAMS (Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists) and Web Shield.
