Mervyn Steadman is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in diverse roles within the recruitment field. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at CommerceIQ, Mervyn drives growth and recruitment processes for Product, UX, and Accounting teams. Prior to this, Mervyn held leadership positions at Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, overseeing provider sourcing, and spent five years at Flexport, where Mervyn significantly expanded the sourcing team and enhanced diversity and inclusion initiatives.
