Tracy Hermans

Tracy Hermans is the Director of Community for CommerceNext on the West Coast, specializing in Ecommerce & Digital Executive Networking. Tracy also owns and consults through tmh collective llc, providing DTC ecommerce and digital strategy support for CPG, beauty, and skin care brands. With a background in digital marketing and e-commerce, Tracy has worked with companies such as Urban Decay Cosmetics and Wet Seal, LLC. Tracy's experience also includes roles in managing editor/art director positions, showcasing a blend of creative and strategic skill sets. Tracy is a UC Irvine alum with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
