Bryan Yale

Bryan Yale has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Bryan is currently the Head of Solution Engineering, Americas at commercetools since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Civil Air Patrol Liaison Officer at the US Air Force Reserve starting in 2018. Bryan also worked at Fast as the Director of Solutions Consulting from 2021 to 2022, where they established and led a team, implemented data-driven principles to boost sales velocity, and developed pre-sales processes and growth assets for improved efficiency. Bryan was a Founding Member of the PreSales Collective - Carolinas Chapter from 2021 to 2022, aiming to elevate the role of PreSales professionals worldwide. Bryan's experience also includes serving as a Lead Solution Engineer and Senior Solution Engineer at Salesforce from 2017 to 2021, and as a Senior Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, and Support Team Analyst at MotionPoint from 2011 to 2017. Bryan served as a Financial Services Officer in the Air National Guard from 2017 to 2018 and in the US Air Force Reserve from 2014 to 2017. Bryan began their career as a Broadcast Journalist in the United States Air Force from 2005 to 2014 and as an IT Support Analyst at Bluegreen Corporation from 2009 to 2011, providing help desk support to end-users.

Bryan Yale holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Audiovisual Communications Technologies from the Community College of the Air Force, completing it from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Bryan has obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in 2021.
