Christopher Weggler

Christopher Weggler has a diverse work experience in various roles. Christopher is currently working at commercetools as the Global People Operations Lead, where they are responsible for implementing and managing the company's human resources operations. Prior to this, they worked as a People Operations Specialist at commercetools.

Before joining commercetools, Christopher worked as a Human Resources Manager at kibiku Kinderhaus gemeinnützige GmbH, where they provided HR support and guidance to C-level executives, managers, and employees. Christopher also managed the entire recruiting cycle and employee life cycle for the company and developed an integrated HR strategy.

Christopher also has experience as a Project Manager at kibiku STM gGmbH, where they collaborated with a cross-functional team to develop pedagogical concepts.

Christopher's earlier experience includes roles at kibiku Elsenheimer gGmbH, where they served as the Head of a bilingual Kindergarten, a Group Leader, and a Teacher. Christopher also completed a berufspraktikum at Stadt Konstanz/Kinderhaus Paradies.

Christopher Weggler completed their education at three different institutions. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Fritz-Erler-Schule Tuttlingen, where they received the certification of a Certified Educator or Staatlich anerkannter Erzieher. In 2015 and 2016, they studied at Adolf-Kolping-Berufsschule München and graduated as an Education Specialist or Fachwirt Erziehungswesen. Most recently, from 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Master Professional (CCI) degree in Business Management or Geprüfter Betriebswirt (IHK) at IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern.
