Piotr Mroz

Piotr Mroz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Piotr started their career as a Software QA Tester at Robobat in 2010, where they tested calculators and verified engineering calculations. In 2010, they also joined Autodesk as a Software QA Analyst, responsible for manual and automated testing of Autodesk Generative Design. Piotr then moved on to Pegasystems in 2019, where they held the role of Senior Principal Software Engineer, specializing in performance and resilience. Piotr built and maintained performance testing labs, designed benchmarks, executed performance tests, and analyzed test results. Currently, Piotr is working as a Principal Engineer - Performance at commercetools, with a focus on enabling teams to build highly performant and reliable multi-tenant services. Piotr consults and onboards new teams on tools for load testing and monitoring and troubleshoots complex performance issues.

Piotr Mroz completed their education at Cracow University of Technology from 2007 to 2012, earning an MSc Eng degree in Building and Engineering Constructions. In addition, they also attended the Pedagogical University of Cracow from 2008 to 2012, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics. Piotr has an additional certification as a Revit Architecture Certified Professional Exam from Autodesk.
