Robert McColl

Director - Customer Success, APAC at commercetools

Robert McColl has over 19 years of experience in various roles in the technology and e-commerce industry. Robert is currently the Director of Customer Success for APAC at commercetools. In their previous role as Senior Product Manager at Catch, they successfully implemented lean product management principles and agile practices to optimize and scale the company's retail products. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at DXC Oxygen, where they established and operated a customer experience practice and oversaw delivery of tier-1 customer projects. Robert has also worked at Usablenet, North Plains Systems, Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, and Citrus in various technical and managerial roles.

Robert McColl obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Systems Engineering from RMIT University from 1998 to 2001. Later, from 2006 to 2010, they pursued a Certificate IV in Applied Language - Chinese (Mandarin) from Holmesglen. In addition to their formal education, Robert has also acquired several certifications in various fields such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ITIL Foundations, ITIL Operations, Lean Change Agent, PRINCE2, Scaled Agilist, and Scrum Master.
