Robert Müller

Robert Müller has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Lead Solution Engineer at commercetools since July 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Solution Engineer EMEA at commercetools from September 2021 to June 2022, and as a Solution Engineer EMEA from June 2020 to August 2021.

Prior to joining commercetools, Robert worked at GK Software SE as a Senior Consultant from March 2017 to May 2020.

Robert also had a significant tenure at Intershop Communications, where they held various roles. Robert served as a Senior Solution Consultant from July 2016 to February 2017, as a Solution Consultant from October 2014 to June 2016, and as a PreSales & Business Consultant from April 2013 to September 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Support Engineer from April 2010 to March 2013 and as a Diplomand from September 2009 to March 2010.

Robert Müller attended FH Schmalkalden from 2004 to 2010, where they earned a Diplom degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Associate Functional Architect certification from commercetools in July 2020. In 2018, they obtained a certification in SAP Retail Omnichannel Commerce from SAP. Additionally, Robert Müller obtained a Test of English for International Communication (ToEIC 2012) certification in 2012.
