Sofio Gachechiladze

Sofio Gachechiladze has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sofio currently holds the position of Head of Product - Frontend at commercetools, a leading digital commerce company. Prior to this, they served as Head of Customer Products and User Experience Tribe Lead at adjarabet.com, a successful gaming portal in Georgia. Sofio also worked as a Software Product Owner at Asseco Georgia and as an IT and Software Project Manager at imedi L.

Additionally, Sofio has experience as an Invited Lecturer at BTU Business and Technology University and as a Chief Executive Officer at Potters, Inc., where they led a team and managed various projects. Sofio also founded and managed Allads, SkillsBank, and Part-time.ge, which provided part-time job opportunities and online platforms. Furthermore, Sofio served as the Founder and President of JCI Georgia, managing the national chapter of the international organization Junior Chamber International.

Sofio Gachechiladze completed their Bachelor's Degree in L.L.B. from Tbilisi State University in 2011. Sofio went on to pursue a Master's Degree in International Law (L.L.M) from the same university, which they completed in 2016. In 2015, Sofio attended the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Accelerator program at Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education. Sofio also completed a certified course on Design-Led Strategy at The University of Sydney Business School in 2020. Sofio further enhanced their education by obtaining various certifications, including Technical Product Management from Skiplevel, Product Leader Certificate from Product School, Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator from IBM, Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, and Advanced Agile Project Management from PME - Project Management Experts. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
