Vanessa Jerrell

Vanessa Jerrell has a comprehensive work experience history. Vanessa started their career in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative at ADT Security Services and worked there until 2005. In 2005, they joined Commercial Fire as a Customer Service Manager, where they led and motivated the Account Manager team to provide excellent customer service and built strong relationships with key accounts. Recently, Vanessa has been working at Commercial Fire as the Director of Customer Service, a role they assumed in July 2020.

Vanessa Jerrell completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of North Florida, where they studied from 2004 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville, where they attended from 2002 to 2004.
