Barbara G. has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles within the technology sector. Most recently, as Chapter Lead Engineers at Commerzbank Digital Technology Center Sofia from April 2021 to July 2024, Barbara was responsible for hiring, onboarding, and leading a team of 30 individuals in a new IT center in Bulgaria. Prior roles include serving as Scrum Master and Software Engineer at Commerzbank AG, where Barbara contributed to a Continuous Delivery Platform and acted as a Senior Product Owner. Previous experience includes positions at Lufthansa Systems Poland, where Barbara worked on flight management systems, and Savills as a Web Developer.
