Helmut Kraft

Helmut Kraft has extensive experience in finance and corporate governance, having served as an advisory board member at DOREAFAMILIE and as interims-CFO for Maternus Kliniken AG and SCHÖNES LEBEN Gruppe. Previously, Helmut held various positions including Vorstand Finanzen at STADA Arzneimittel AG and an interim CFO role at Maternus Kliniken AG. Helmut's academic background includes a law degree from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and a second state examination in legal studies from Landgericht Heilbronn. Currently, Helmut is the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Maternus Kliniken AG and continues to engage in advisory roles within the industry.
