Lisa Bashko has a diverse background in project management and consulting within the finance and banking sectors. Beginning with an internship as a Policy Advisor at GDV e.V. in 2013, Lisa continued to gain experience at Mercedes Benz Bank in 2014. From March 2016 to December 2018, Lisa served as a Consultant at NTT DATA Deutschland GmbH, followed by a role as a Business Expert and Product Owner at Commerzbank AG from August 2019 to March 2024. Academically, Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Communication and European Studies from Hochschule Fulda and a Magister in Applied and Computational Linguistics from Yanka Kupala Grodno State University.
