Luyi Wang

Luyi Wang is an Associate in M&A Advisory at Commerzbank AG, having progressed from an Analyst position within the same department since June 2022. Prior to this role, Luyi gained experience as a Working Student in Internal Audit at EY and interned in M&A/Corporate Finance at Duff & Phelps, where responsibilities included preparing pitch decks and conducting transaction analyses. Luyi also worked as a Working Student in Assurance at EY, participating in audits and performing plausibility checks on financial statements. Additional experience includes an internship in Fixed Income Trading & Investment at Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., managing a Growth Portfolio with Finanzclub Marburg, and fulfilling roles as a Product Genius for BMW Group during events in Los Angeles and Beijing. Luyi holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Münster and a Bachelor’s degree from The Philipp University of Marburg.
