Phil Waters

Phil Waters is an experienced professional in the field of market data engineering, currently serving as the Team Leader of the Global RMDS Infrastructure Team at Dresdner Kleinwort since 2003. In this role, Phil oversees the engineering and support services for the global RMDS infrastructure. Prior to this position, Phil worked as a Technical Consultant at Reuters from 1992 to 2003, providing third-line technical support and consultancy services to global RMDS and TRIARCH clients. Phil's career began at Fivemere Ltd, where responsibilities included support, engineering, and implementation of data communication and WAN systems from 1988 to 1992. Phil is an alumnus of Lord Wandsworth College, having attended from 1979 to 1983.
