Simon Bowmer

Simon Bowmer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the banking and legal sectors. Bowmer began career at Sidley Austin LLP as a Senior Associate from August 2001 to August 2005, followed by a role as Vice President at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein from August 2005 to January 2009. From September 2009 to September 2012, Bowmer served as Director of the Portfolio Restructuring Unit at Commerzbank AG and subsequently held the role of Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from November 2017 to the present. Currently, Bowmer is the Head of Global Loan Products at Bank of America, a position held since October 2020. Educational credentials include a Law degree from the University of Oxford, completed between 1992 and 1996.
