Sofia Strabis

Sofia Strabis serves as the Divisional Head of Talent Acquisition at Commerzbank AG since January 2009, overseeing diversity and inclusion initiatives for over 35,000 employees. This role includes acting as the inclusion officer, facilitating connections between Human Resources, representatives of severely disabled employees, integration offices, and various organizations. Previous positions at Commerzbank include Deputy Department Head of HR Policies, managing personnel policies within regulatory frameworks, and Project Manager for HR Labour Relations & Policies. Additionally, Sofia led a complex integration project merging employee systems from Commerzbank and Dresdner Bank. Prior to Commerzbank, Sofia held roles at COMINVEST Asset Management GmbH and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., contributing to corporate client coverage in Germany and supporting executive communication. Sofia is also a member of the advisory board for the PROUT AT WORK-Foundation as of March 2020.
