Ben Davis has extensive experience in corporate development and M&A, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Commify since February 2024. Previously, Ben held the position of M&A, Strategy and Corporate Development Director at SCIRIS LIMITED from December 2021 to January 2024. Prior to that, Ben was involved with DC Advisory as an M&A Business Services & Healthcare Associate and an M&A Analyst from September 2016 to September 2021. Additional experience includes M&A Analyst roles at GCA Altium and Rothschild & Co, along with an Investment Analyst position at Bahari Resources, where the company focused on exploration in Sub-Saharan Africa. Ben began a career in finance as a Commodity Derivative Analyst at Goldman Sachs and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Banking, Finance & Management with First Class Honours from Loughborough University.
