David Cox

David Cox is an accomplished IT services professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the IT Services Manager at Commify since August 2021, David has implemented CloudFlare ZTNA Zero Trust security and rolled out the Halo ITSM ticketing system. Prior to this role, David was the IT Manager at PHD Mail Ltd, overseeing the IT department for a B2B services provider, and the Head of Information Technology at the Chief Fire Officers Association, managing IT services for multiple organizations within the fire and rescue community. David's earlier experience includes leading the IT function for DSG, a startup in the energy sector. David holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electronic Engineering, both from the University of York.
