Louise Paling

Louise Paling is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager at Commify since August 2023. Prior to this, Louise held the position of Engineering Manager at ENSEK from February 2022 to April 2023. Louise's career includes roles such as Technical Account Lead at MMT Digital, Head of Software Development at Cromwell Group (Holdings) Ltd, and various leadership positions at MHR, including Head of DevOps Transformation, Head of Software Operations, and Head of Software Delivery. Louise began a long tenure at Rolls-Royce in 2002, progressing through multiple roles from Software Engineer to Delivery Manager over 15 years.
