Paul Burton

Paul Burton has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paul started their career as an Associate in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch, gaining experience in European Consumer & Retail, Corporate Broking, and Financial Sponsors. Paul then worked as an Investment Manager at Silverfleet Capital before becoming a Principal at Darwin Private Equity LLP. In this role, they focused on buy-outs of UK businesses in the business services, TMT, and consumer sectors. Paul later joined Esendex as a Non-Executive Director, representing Darwin Private Equity and leading the long-term buy & build plan. Paul also served as a Non-Executive Director at Euroffice Ltd. Currently, they are working as the Chief Strategy Officer at Commify, where they are responsible for leading the company's long-term strategy, including M&A activities.

Paul Burton attended Durham University from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Economics & Law.
