Paul Wardle

Paul Wardle is an experienced software engineering manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Commify since April 2023, Paul previously held roles as a Scrum Master and Technical Lead at Hitachi Vantara, where responsibilities included automating trading reports for Rabobank Netherlands. Their career also includes positions at NatWest Group, DVSA, and various other organizations, focusing on Agile coaching, project management, and architecture design. Paul's educational foundation is a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science from Newcastle University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
