Shane Klima

Shane Klima is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of (US) Finance at Commify since August 2024. Prior to this role, Shane was the Head of Finance at SingleOps from September 2020 to December 2023, focusing on corporate finance, accounting, and investor relations for a private equity-backed SaaS platform. Previous positions include Controller at Acuity Financial Experts, Regional Controller at Elastic, and Director of Finance at Endgame, where Shane led finance operations for a venture-backed enterprise SaaS security provider. Shane also held finance management roles at Internap, overseeing the CDN business unit, and IBM Internet Security Systems, managing financial responsibilities for multiple business units. Shane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
