Simona Zagatti

Simona Zagatti has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as an SME Sales Account at Commify since November 2019, after previous roles that include Inside Sales Account and Inbound Sales Team. Prior to Commify, Simona worked at Koine’ Bologna Srl gruppo HCI as a Monitoring e Gestione Operativa and at Gruppo Pintel-Barton S.r.l. as Responsabile call center, focusing on sales team management and training. Between June 1999 and June 2016, Simona held various positions at Vodafone, including Store Manager and Store Specialist, where responsibilities included team leadership, coaching, and customer engagement. Earlier career stages include telemarketing and financial promotion roles, beginning in 1995.
