Matija Zeman has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a System Engineer at CS Computer Systems. In 2011, they moved to eurocomputer systems d.o.o. as a Consultant. In 2012, Matija joined Comminus and held multiple roles, including Head of Customer Support and ultimately Chief Executive Officer. As the CEO, they were responsible for managing company operations, leading strategic planning, overseeing professional services, and managing a team of 40+ engineers/developers. They achieved significant accomplishments such as stabilizing and increasing company revenues by 19%, expanding export to EU markets, implementing ISO standards, and establishing new roles and departments.
Matija Zeman's education history begins with their time at Gimnazija, where they studied Math. Following that, they attended Sveučilište u Zagrebu - FER, where they obtained a degree in Electrical engineering with a focus on Telecommunications and Informatics. Concurrently, Matija also pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Information Technology at the University of Zagreb/Sveučilište u Zagrebu, which they completed in 2007.
In 2015, Matija enrolled in the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at COTRUGLI Business School, where they studied until 2017, further enhancing their business acumen.
