Ashley Byrd

Ashley Byrd has a diverse background with experience in product management and customer support. Ashley is currently the Director of Product at Commio Voice & Text Messaging, where they oversee the product development process. Prior to this, they worked at thinQ as a Product Manager, responsible for maintaining the product roadmap and collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams. Ashley also has extensive experience at Blackboard, where they held various roles including Product Manager, Senior Manager, Manager of Integration, and Integration Analyst. Ashley started their career at AlertNow as a Customer Support Representative.

Ashley Byrd obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Meredith College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Ashley also holds additional certifications in Product Management from Lynda.com, which were obtained in 2018.
