Rickea White is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and education. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Commio Voice & Text Messaging since October 2021, Rickea previously held the role of Customer Success Specialist within the same company. Concurrently, Rickea operates as a Wardrobe Stylist at Rickea Shonte Style Co since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles in the Wake County Public School System from December 2015 to October 2021, where Rickea worked as a High School Special Education Teacher, a 6th-8th Grade English Language Arts Teacher, and a Substitute Teacher. Rickea holds a Certificate in Special Education and Teaching from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Elizabeth City State University.
