Frosene Phillips

Frosene Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and the arts. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Services at Commit Agency since September 2025, Frosene has also held significant leadership roles, including Vice President and Director of Client Services at Gumas from August 2018 to September 2025, and Executive Director at Elios Charitable Foundation from February 2018 to May 2024. In the arts, Frosene has been a vocalist with Mediterranean Soul since March 2001, focusing on Greek and World Contemporary Music. Additionally, Frosene contributed as a columnist for the Bay Area News Group from March 1998 to November 2020, offering entertainment and restaurant insights. Frosene's earlier career includes managing editorial responsibilities at The Hellenic Journal from January 2001 to January 2019. Education was completed at Diablo Valley College.
