Esben Axelgaard

Esben Axelgaard is a Senior Research Scientist at Commit Biologics, bringing extensive experience in molecular biology, immunology, and CRISPR/Cas gene editing. Esben has previously worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Stipe Therapeutics and held roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD student at Aarhus University, where they focused on various projects including renal albumin transport and the role of the complement system in diabetes. Esben also obtained a diploma in in vivo imaging from EIMI and a Bachelor of Science in Classic Microbiology from Aarhus University. As a flexible and innovative researcher, Esben is recognized for excellent planning and communication skills in collaborative environments.
