Mike Vestergaard is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in antibody discovery and droplet-based microfluidics. Currently serving as Principal Scientist at Commit Biologics since August 2025, Vestergaard previously held the position of Senior Scientist at Ferring Pharmaceuticals from February 2022 to June 2025, specializing in biotherapeutic engineering. Earlier roles include Scientist at Symphogen, where Vestergaard worked in antibody discovery, and an Industrial Post Doc at DuPont Nutrition & Health, collaborating with DTU on strain development. Vestergaard's academic foundation includes a PhD from DTU focused on high-throughput strain screening, and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Københavns Universitet.
