Caleb Risher is currently a Payroll Product Lead and Workday Architect at Commit Consulting, where they oversee payroll processes and configurations. Previously, they worked as a Senior Payroll Business Analyst at Vivint Smart Home, managing payroll projects and team configurations in Workday. Caleb has also held positions as a Managing Consultant at CrossCountry Consulting and CrossVue, and has contributed to various HRIS projects and reporting systems throughout their career. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance from Brigham Young University.
