Dawn Briggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing, education, and IT management. Currently serving as a Technical Writer/Editor III at CommIT Enterprises, Inc., Dawn leads the Documentation Team and manages documentation projects, while also acting as Scrum Master for the Secure Cloud Computing Architecture team. As an Adjunct Instructor at Trident Technical College and Ivy Tech Community College, Dawn develops course content and instructs students in various IT subjects.
