Operations

The Operations team at Commnet Broadband is responsible for overseeing and streamlining the company's various service delivery processes. This includes managing customer success strategies, coordinating systems and sales operations, handling field operations, site acquisitions, vendor relations, project management, and logistics and supply chain management. Additionally, they supervise all construction activities to ensure timely and efficient deployment of broadband infrastructure across different sectors.
