In 2022, they were a Digital Marketing Manager at Flawless Beauty and Skin, where they contributed fresh and appealing ideas for new content that supports the company's brand identity. Currently, they are a Marketing Manager at Commodity Fragrances, where they lead an integrated marketing approach that covers all channels, formats, and markets.

Caroline Sheppard obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General from Loyola University Maryland between 2012 and 2016. Caroline also holds certifications from the American Red Cross in Administering Emergency Oxygen, Bloodborne Pathogens Training, and CPR/AED For Lifeguards.
