Charles Moore has had over 20 years of experience in banking and finance. Charles most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Commodore Bank starting in 2023. From 2016 to 2023, Moore was the President of Central Ohio at The Middlefield Banking Company, where they oversaw the company's commercial, community, and retail banking activities. Charles also previously worked as the Executive Vice President, Chief Risk and Consumer Banking Officer at DCB Financial, and as the President and CEO of RFC Regency Finance. Before that, they were the President of US Bank Consumer Finance from 2001 to 2008, where they were responsible for leading alternative indirect auto, specialty finance, home equity direct, broker, and correspondent business lines, servicing a loan portfolio of 11B. Moore began their career as the Deputy Superintendent of Consumer Finance Financial Institutions at the State of Ohio's Division of Financial Institutions in 2010.

Charles Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Social Science from the University at Albany, SUNY. Charles also obtained a Management Certificate from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business through the Bank Leadership Program, and a Certificate in Bank Management from the Blythe School of Banking's Bank Management School (OBA). Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce from Ohio Dominican University. However, there is no information regarding the start and end years of their education.
