Carol Roby has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Carol has worked as the Dean of Commodore Academy/Director of Learning at Commodore Builders since 2020. Prior to that, Carol was an Advisor for Ask What Matters?! where they focused on growth strategy. Carol also served as the Executive Director/Co-Founder of CyberWarrior Academy, providing cybersecurity training and workforce development. Additionally, Carol held the position of Senior Vice President - Learning & Development/Client Engagement at The Impact Seat, where they worked with companies to promote diversity and inclusion. Carol was also the Vice President of Sales Performance and Enablement at DoubleDigit Sales, and a Senior Global Client Advisor/Learning and Development Specialist at Achieve/Forum. Carol has also co-founded Talent Trust and served as the National Director of Sales at ChildrenFirst.
